RMS eWarranty System
eWarranty is a web-based management system for insurers and administrators operating warranty schemes. It offers great flexibility of use and can create a combination from a menu of activities such as a client front-end with a back-office management suite, that will handle all aspects of warranty administration from the clients' desk through to those of the claims department and underwriters.
The eWarranty system has grown out of two sets of requirements. On the one hand, clients are beginning to demand an online administration system from their warranty providers: their customers expect a higher level of service and professionalism than a pen-and- book system provides, and they appreciate the reduction in administrative overheads that automation brings. Insurers and administrators need to meet the expectations of clients, and furthermore all parties are always seeking ways of reducing administrative overheads.
Key Features
Entire system runs through the web
Client warranty setup
Complete management of the amend/cancel/renew cycle for warranties, with a comprehensive audit trail for all changes: accurate change control means you and the underwriter always get complete and accurate reports.
Configurable claims management workflow to manage the claims approval, invoicing and payment process without changing the way you work
Plug-in architecture for electronic data interchange : requirements for integrating with external data feeds (repair Agent costs, parts prices, BER calculations, etc) vary from insurer to insurer and from territory to territory. For this reason the e-Warranty system has a "plug-in" architecture for integrating with the third party systems. We can intergrate with any required 3rd party data feed without making significant modifications to our system, whether the data provided as a state-of-the-art XML web service or on a legacy database system, we can integrate at minimal cost.
System can be applied to all forms of warranty, such as: domestic electrical, home emergency, business equipment and auto.
