Depending on the scheme requirements policyholders can call and speak to a claims advisor, who will offer advice and validate a claim 24 hours a day, seven days a week (inc Bank Holidays) if required.
All of our claims advisors are situated in North East England
RMS Directors are involved in the day to day running of the Company and accept calls from clients or policyholders without question. If you are speaking to one of the claims advisors, you can ask to speak to their Line Manager at anytime, who, subject to being available, will immediatley accept the call. If a Line Manager or Director cannot speak to you immediately, they will call you back as soon as they are able to.
